Nothing if your test is free. Otherwise, we determine our amount based on your fee, your industry, their location and several other factors. Generally, we charge ± 7% of your fee and keep the refusal rate below one in five hundred.
It depends on the source of information the test was created from. For instance, a drivers test will be specific for the state the rules were created. In that instance, the test will be made available for your use based on your account settings.
